I just joined a CSA – see what I got in my CSA this week

I have decided to test out the Eat To Live Eating Plan.
I am hoping this will help me correct some health issues
and kick start my metabolism.
This plan encourages 90% food intake be produce.
I will start the plan on  Tuesday
so I can get things prepped for the rest of the week
to start this plan.

Eat To Live Anti-Cancer Soup
( I plan to freeze most of it for lunches)
Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
